The raw grain is artificially put into the rice hopper and shelled in the rice huller. After being shelled, the grain, the shell and the rough go into bran separator. The bran is sucked out by bran fan. Rice and unpolished rice mixture is lifted to paddy separator by the second elevator to be separated. There are three kinds of goods separated: the net brown rice goes into rice mill polished, the finished rice is out from the discharge hole, and the rice bran falls into the bran saving chamber. A portion of the mixture is re-entered into the paddy separator by the second elevator. The other part passes back to the rice huller by the first elevator. Repeat the process above to achieve the purpose of production.

In the process of rice milling, the high pressure fan is sprayed into the polishing chamber continuously through the hollow shaft of the rice machine, which can reduce the rice temperature, unimpeded the bran, and make the rice smooth and clean.
