2. Intervention Sectors
The intervention sectors are subdivided by four flaps which are :
2.1. General Trading : importation of manufactured merchandise.
2.2. Manufacturing of AMIRA wines semi-industrial.
2.3. Breeding of big and small livestock.
2.4. Accompaniment of cacao tree farming in ameliorated race which belongs to little peasants. Here are some varieties cultivated : CACAO FORASTERO and
CACAO CRIOLLO.

Our farmers are followed by agronomists in the practice of following clauses :

Engaging of ploughing, growing seeds of good quality. |
4.2. |
Respecting interval or gap for the development of a new field (cacao & |
permanent shading). |

4.3. Weeding, strawing or mulching, size. |

4.4. |
Management of shading. |
4.5. |
Implementing the sanitary round. |
4.6. |
Harvesting of ripe dents twice per month with sharpened instruments. |
4.7. |
Doing the denting with unsharpened instruments, at latest 2 to 4 days after the |
harvest(reap). |

Do not do the fermentation in metal or plastic material. |
4.9. |
Ferment the cacao during 7 days by stiring every two days. |
4.10. Do not dry on ground , but dry on a clean cover/tarp.
